Our Trainee-program
This year’s trainee programme is located in the North of Sweden focusing on leadership training for you to become one of our future leaders. The duration of our trainee program is two years and you will be employed on a permanent basis from day one. You will get the chance to run projects that will improve our business and truly make a difference. Throughout the program, you will have a personal mentor, and you will stay in frequent touch with our senior management. We focus on both professional and personal development. We make sure that you get to know different roles, functions and sites within our organization. Together we set up clear, ambitious goals for your next career step. Our mission is to give you a flying start.
